Responsible for preparing new vehicles for new clients

Maintain stock and valeting of new & used vehicles with excellent attention to detail maintaining excellent quality work, valeting to a very high Standard.

Liaise with the Sales Team to prioritise workload.

Full valet requirements - wash, hoover and valet interiors of vehicles. Maintain clean work space.Working in accordance with our policies and procedures

Service Advisor - Job ref JM1125

Joe Mallon Motors Naas, Currently has vacancy for a Service Advisor to join there service department team.

Job Description

Duties to include:

Dealing with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.

Organising the loading of the workshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
Carrying out customer follow up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop and provide the sale of accessories and parts

To deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and adopt a positive approach which will encourage exceptional levels of customer care

Achieve consistently high standards across the dealership and identify new ways to increase the performance

Other Duties

Reception, secretarial and general office duties

To undertake other administrative and other duties if required.

Require

High level of computer literacy
Excellent attention to detail
High standard of personal presentation at all times
Must be able to work well within an extremely busy environment
A full Clean Driving Licence is required for this position
Full Training will be provided for the suitable candidate.
